This month is I Love to Read month. As a school we had a door decorating contest. Each classroom was asked to pick their favorite book and the decorate their door to represent the book. We picked the book
The Day the Crayons Quit by Drew Daywalt illustrated by Oliver Jeffers. It is very funny!
We each made a crayon person with legs, arms and eyes. We wrote a letter to our crayon telling them why we need them in our crayon box.
We will have the chance to take a tour of the building to see all of the doors and how they are decorated! What a fun activity!
