Today was our last day of Second Grade!
We started by reading Exclamation Mark by Amy Krouse Rosenthal.
We talked about being ourselves and making new friends in 3rd grade. We also talked about how being different is not a bad thing.
We we had a special snack and then looked through and signed our 2nd grade Memory Books. We also wrote in our Special Times in Second Grade about the last few days of school. It was our very last entry. We helped
Mrs. Anderson make a sign for the new second graders . We got our report cards, tests and writing samples and then if was time for one last story.
Mrs. Anderson read Of Thee I Sing by Barak Obama and we shared a few special memories. We had a dance party and then lined up and got ready to get on the buses. We all said our goodbyes and then headed outside to go home. The entire Brimhall Staff waved at all of the buses as they left the parking lot.
