Roll a Snowman Game

This afternoon we did two things before we went to Art.

We played Winter Bingo!  We played 5 rounds of the game and had several winners.  It was lots of fun to shout, "Winter Bingo!" if we won.

Then we played Roll a Snowman!  It was  new game to most of us.  The directions are pictured below.  See if your child can tell you about the game.  It was fun too and each snowperson turned out differently.

Welcome Winter Buddy Time!

This afternoon we had a great surprise!  We went outside to play in the snow with our buddies!  We used an area of the school property that does not get used for recess so the snow was completely perfect...until we made all kinds of creations and had lots and lots of fun!

Snow People!

Today we spent time working on our snow people.  Each student is making a person who looks just  like them all bundled up in their winter gear.  Students designed their won set of hat and mittens as well as making their face.  The creation truly look like the students!  Everyone worked hard!
