Today in writing we continued learning about writing a report! Mrs. Erickson sure has us working hard and do a lot of learning about good writing.
Last week she introduced us to a method of writing a report. She shared with us her animal cards and modeled how to use one to do a simple report.
Today we each got to select one animal to research! Using the card, we wrote a paragraph about the animal. Each sentence had a different focus.
In the coming days we will turn this into a book! We are all working very hard and are very motivated to learn and write!
